Order Products
Besides going to the Showcases, what other ordering options does Nu Skin have?
If you are Distributor, apart from walk-in purchases made at our Showcases and walk-in centers, we also offer Email and Fax-in order services to our Distributors.
Walk-in: You may order your products by visiting our Showcases.
E-mail Ordering: Send in your order(s) via e-mail to order_malaysia@nuskin.com with your Distributors ID, name, products items, quantity and your credit card details. You have the option to pick-up your order from our product pick-up Counter or have your products delivered to your address.
Fax Order Service: Available from Mondays to Saturdays. You have the option to pick-up your order from our product pick-up Counter or have your products delivered to your address. Fax in your order form to 1800-88-2099. Your order forms must contain your Distributors ID, name, products items, quantity and your credit card details. Please avoid any erasures to your order forms.
What forms of payment do you accept for product purchases or when registering as a new Distributor?
We accept cash, Master and VISA credit cards payment for purchases made via our Showcases and Walk-in Centers.
For purchases made via phone-in orders, fax-in orders, mail or e-mail orders, we accept Master and VISA credit cards and money wire transfers only. We do not accept personal cheques.
If I make an online order for products from another Nu Skin office, for example, the United States, can delivery be made to my local address in Malaysia?
We would like to inform you that on-line services to purchase products in each Nu Skin market is available only to Distributors residing in those respective countries.
As such, only Distributors residing in that particular country may place orders on-line for Nu Skin products available in that country. This applies to Nu Skin distributors foreign or local to that country, so long as they are residing there. Delivery of products would not apply outside of the United States.
