NORTH AMERICA Sponsor 3:

1. The only required purchase to become a distributor is a not-for-profit Business Portfolio. All product purchases are optional. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold.
 

2. Only distributors registered as US or Canada accounts are eligible to participate in this incentive.

3. Only new distributors residing in and registered as a US or Canada distributor are eligible to be counted toward this incentive’s qualification requirements.

4. To be eligible for the Sponsor 3 Get 1 Free the new distributor sign-up date must be within the promotional period of April 1-30, 2012. Furthermore, the order commission date must be within the same month as the sign-up date.

5. Incentive qualifying distributors must meet the Active Requirement as defined under the Sales Compensation Plan to be eligible for incentive rewards. 

Active Requirement: In order to qualify for any bonus under the Sales Compensation Plan, you must obtain 100 PSV and make at least five retail sales per month. LOI level Distributors and above also need to have a monthly ADR order of at least 50 PSV (ADR not required in Canada).

6. Maximum of two (2) reward packages per distributorship per month for Sponsor 3.

7. Incentive qualifiers will be notified and rewards made available by the 25th of the following month.

8. Shipping and Tax charges will apply when redeeming reward product packages.

9. All rewards are subject to availability. Nu Skin reserves the right to modify the reward without prior notification.

10. Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval of any and all incentive rewards pending verification of compliance with your Distributor Agreement, the Sales Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures (collectively the “Contract”), and with the incentive rule, terms and conditions. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) audit any distributorship and disqualify any distributor if Nu Skin deems that the distributor has violated the Contract; or (ii) suspend or discontinue the incentive if any distributor misconduct or other such actions impair the integrity of the incentive, or if otherwise required by law.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to participate in the Sponsor 3 Get One Free promotion (the “Incentive Program”) You must be a qualified Nu Skin distributor who has properly executed a distributor agreement and is a legal resident with the right to work within the United States or Canada, and is in good standing, as determined by Nu Skin in its sole discretion, to be eligible.  You are ineligible to participate in this Incentive Program if, at any time during the incentive period (January 1st – March 31st, 2012), Nu Skin determines in its sole discretion that you are a distributor, representative, consultant, or have a beneficial interest in any form, either directly or indirectly, in any other direct selling company. If you violate the terms and conditions of the Contract or these Incentive Program rules at any time during the incentive period (January 1st – March 31st, 2012) you will be ineligible to participate in the Incentive Program.
 

Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval on all awards pending verification of compliance with the Incentive Program rules and regulations and to ensure that there has been no manipulation of the Sales Compensation Plan. Participants must be distributors in good standing with the company during the Incentive Program period and through their reception of any awards.  Distributors found in non-compliance with the distributor Contract during the Incentive Program period may not participate and will not be eligible for any bonuses available under the Incentive Program. In the event any Sales Compensation Plan manipulation or other activity in violation of the distributor Contract becomes known after awards have already been given to a distributor, Nu Skin reserves the right to deduct the value of any awards from future commission payments and take any other action provided for under the distributor Contract with Nu Skin.
 

Nu Skin reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Incentive Program and awards in its sole discretion. 

Nu Skin also reserves the right to interpret the rules of the Incentive Program at its sole discretion and all company decisions shall be final.
 

Nu Skin reserves the right to disqualify and/or exclude from the Incentive Program, in its sole and absolute discretion, any individual or distributorship for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these Official Rules, or tampering with or manipulating the Sales Compensation Plan in violation of the Distributor Policies and Procedures either during or after the Incentive Program. 

All Incentive Program deadlines are subject to change without notice. The value of awards may be considered taxable income to the Incentive Program participants, and all taxes are the sole responsibility of the distributors who receive any awards. The Company reserves the right to decide which and how any awards of the Incentive Program will be given and all Company decisions shall be final. The Company reserves the right to change Incentive Program rules in its sole discretion. In the event that any award recipient is a corporation, Limited Liability Company or partnership, the award shall be awarded to one person who is designated to receive it by said entity. 

The Incentive Program is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal/provincial/state/local laws and regulations.  Nu Skin reserves the right to substitute awards of equal or greater value. 

The laws of the State of Utah shall govern the Incentive Program, and participants in the Incentive Program hereby consent to the resolution of any disputes with regard to the Incentive Program solely through the process described in the Mediation and Arbitration Policy noted in the Distributor Policies and Procedures. All such mediation and arbitration will be performed within the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Utah. Each participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue and dispute resolution procedures. The Incentive Program may only be participated in or from the United States and Canada, and only by legal residents of those markets. Distributors from any other jurisdiction or non residents of the jurisdictions listed above are not eligible. By participating, participants release and hold harmless Nu Skin Enterprises, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Incentive Program or receipt or use of any awards. Acceptance of any award shall constitute and signify the award recipient’s agreement and consent that their name, address, likeness and/or award information can be used for promotional purposes by Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates without further payment or consideration to the award recipient. Award recipients may not use awards as income claims in promotion of the business opportunity.

Distributors may continue to qualify for Sponsor 3 with 200 PSV through March 31, 2012.  Distributors qualifying with 3 at least 200 PSV and less than 350 PV will receive a reward kit worth $333.50 wholesale.  Those who qualify with 3 at 1000 PSV will receive a 350 PV product package and 150 ADR Points through March 31st.
