NORTH AMERICA Buy 3 and Get 1 Free:
1. The only required purchase to become a Distributor is a not-for-profit Business Portfolio. All product purchases are optional. There are no bonuses paid for recruiting. All bonuses are paid only when products are sold.
2. Only Distributors registered as US or Canada accounts are eligible to participate in this incentive.
3. In order to qualify, the new Distributor must:
a. Purchase at least 3 Sponsoring Packages from the following list during their month of sign-up.

b. Enroll in the ADR program and schedule a 200 PSV ADR order that ships the same or following month.
i. For example: Sign-up and purchase 3 Sponsoring packages on February 10th, schedule 200 PSV ADR to ship in February or March.
4. To be eligible for the Buy 3 & Get 1 Free promotion the new Distributor sign-up date must be within the incentive period. Furthermore the order comission date of the 3 packages must be within the same month as the sign-up date.
5. Distributors must meet the Active Requirement as defined under the Sales Compensation Plan to be eligible for incentive rewards.
a. Active Requirement: In order to qualify for any bonus under the Sales Compensation Plan, you must obtain 100 PSV and make at least five retail sales per month. LOI level Distributors and above also need to have a monthly ADR order of at least 50 PSV(ADR not required in Canada).
6. Maximum of one (1) reward package per Distributorship. You may select from the following packages as your Free Reward Package:

7. Incentive qualifiers will be notified, via email on the account, and rewards made available after the 200 PSV ADR order ships.
8. Shipping and Tax charges will apply when redeeming reward product packages.
9. All rewards are subject to availability. Nu Skin reserves the right to modify the reward without prior notification.
10. Nu Skin reserves the right to withhold final approval of any and all incentive rewards pending verification of compliance with your Distributor Agreement, the Sales Compensation Plan and Policies and Procedures (collectively the “Contract”), and with the incentive rules, terms and conditions. Nu Skin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (i) audit any Distributorship and disqualify any Distributor if Nu Skin deems that the Distributor has violated the Contract; or (ii) suspend or discontinue the incentive if any Distributor misconduct or other such actions impair the integrity of the incentive, or if otherwise required by law.
11. The three original kits purchased under this incentive program may be returned pursuant to the company’s return policy provided, however, that the return of any of the original three kits automatically disqualifies you from participation in the promotion. Additionally, if you return any of the three kits purchased under this incentive program, then you must also (1) return the free kit at the same time, or (2) pay $399 for the free kit at same time you return the others. If you do not return or pay for the free kit as provided herein, then Nu Skin reserves the right to deduct the cost of the free kit from your future commissions, and take any other action it deems appropriate as provided for in your Contract with Nu Skin.
