Terms and Conditions

•   Promotion runs from 1st January to 31st July, 2012.

•   Qualifying Distributors who have already registered for Convention online will have the $299 Early Bird Convention Registration fee refunded to their
Nu Skin Distributor Account after they have attended Convention.

•   Distributor must hold their new pin title at 3,000 GSV for any two months during the promotion period to qualify. Provisional Executives (maximum of 2) count towards qualifying for this promotion, but only if there is an Executive under the PExec.

•   Pin title as of 1st January, 2012 is the base starting point for this promotion.

•   Distributor cannot drop below their starting pin title as at 1st January, 2012.

•   The first two free Convention registration tickets received are not transferrable, however Distributors that progress more than one pin level and receive
multiple free registration tickets may offer these to additional Distributors in their Distributorship (if more than two are on an account), their downline or guests. Guest names may only be submitted once, by 30th August and changes thereafter will incur an administration fee of $50 per change.

•   Distributor must attend Convention in order to receive prizes.

•   Unused prizes or prizes not redeemed in full are not transferrable or refundable. No substitutes or cash equivalents will be awarded.

•   If Distributorship only consists of one person, then one ticket will be granted to the VIP event with corporate executives and the Woman to Woman Event. If the Distributorship consists of two or more people, then a maximum of 2 tickets will be granted. Both partners on the Distributorship must attend as these tickets are not transferrable.

•   Visa  gift card is valid for use in Australia only.

•   Product purchases using the product voucher will not earn PV.

•   The company reserves the right to withhold prizes if rules, and/or policies and procedures have not been adhered to, or if there are excessive returns or manipulation of the promotion.

•  No substitutes or cash equivalents will be awarded.

•  Nu Skin Enterprises reserves the right to withhold final approval on all winners pending verification of compliance to promotion and regulations. Participants must be distributors in good standing with the company during the promotion period. Distributors found in non-compliance with the distributor contract during the promotion period may not participate.

•  Executives with excessive returns in their organization will be disqualified.

•  Any indication of manipulation regarding the qualification criteria will disqualify any executive attempting to benefit from the action. This includes but is not limited to buying in volume for qualification purposes on down line accounts.

•  The company reserves the right to interpret the rules of the contest.
