NU SKIN CELEBRATES 15TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE NU SKIN FORCE FOR GOOD FOUNDATION

Employees Celebrate with Service to Build the Community

PROVO, Utah—June 1, 2011—Approximately 200 Nu Skin employees gathered today for the company’s 8th Annual Force for Good Day event and to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation. Employees went out to build the community by participating in projects for Habitat for Humanity, the South Franklin Community Center and Provo City Parks. The service was indicative of the hope the foundation provides to children the world over and is also connected to Nu Skin’s latest building project at its downtown Provo headquarters.

“Nu Skin's mission is to be a force for good throughout the world by improving lives and our annual Force for Good Day is a great opportunity to demonstrate that culture with our employees,” said Truman Hunt, Nu Skin president and chief executive officer. “Through projects supported by the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation, we are helping children around the world and today we have the opportunity to go out and help those in our own community.”

Nu Skin employees participated in the annual Force for Good Day celebration by volunteering for a variety of community “building” projects to parallel Nu Skin’s own building project in downtown Provo. Volunteer opportunities included building a home with Habitat for Humanity, volunteering at the South Franklin Community Center and landscaping for the new Lakeview Park in Provo.

“Utah consistently ranks first in states with a high volunteer rate and Nu Skin really sets the bar for corporate participation in our community,” said Bill Hulterstrom, president and CEO of United Way of Utah County. “We’re appreciative of their support today, and every week throughout the year as they regularly volunteer with various organizations.”
