The Olympic Committees do not endorse our, or any, product or company. For any distributor to represent that the Olympic Committees or U.S. Olympic Athletes endorse our products based on our sponsorship is wrong and could potentially jeopardize our U.S. Olympic Agreement. Therefore, any distributor found to be making statements that the International Olympic Committee (IOC), USOC, or SLOC selected, approved, warranted, preferred, or endorsed our products will be subject to immediate and severe discipline including termination of distributorship.Distributors cannot use the Olympic Marks. Nu Skin and Pharmanex have purchased rights to use the Olympic Marks in sales, marketing, and promotional materials that have been approved by USOC. These materials will be available for distributors to use. Do not add the Olympic Marks to your web site, brochures, letters, banners, or other materials as you may be liable and may cause the termination of our agreement with USOC. No sale or distribution of marked product outside of the U.S. Our contract is with Olympic Properties of the United States (OPUS), which is a joint venture of USOC and SLOC. They do not have and could not give us rights to use the Olympic Marks in marketing materials for the general public in other countries. Each country has its own National Olympic Committee with rights to the marks in their country. OPUS has allowed the company to use the Olympic Marks in other countries in some limited circumstances and only with our distributors. U.S. headquarters will always administer these exceptions. We will be delivering a copy of Distributor Guidelines to each distributor and representative in the near future, as required by our agreement. Please review these guidelines carefully and immediately |
